Mouth ulcers caused by exogenous toxicity usually occur 1 to 2 days after exogenous infection accompanied by external symptoms. Initially, redness and swelling of the oral mucosa occur. cause little pain red dots resembling chestnuts or small herpes appear on the tip of the tongue or lips.
